Policy

BOOKING FEE: A 50% booking retainer fee is required to secure appointment. Booking retainer fee will be applied to the balance unless canceled. Booking retainer fees are non-refundable. A VALID CARD ON FILE IS REQUIRED.

If Glow Refinery rebooks an appointment the day of a previously scheduled appointment without collecting a booking retainer fee, and that appointment is later canceled, the book retainer fee will be collected via the card on file. 

BOOKING RETAINER FEES ARE REQUIRED, AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Booking retainer fees are not included in the cancellation fee.

RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Appointments canceled after the 48hr time frame will result in 50% charge of the total service. Please refer to the FAQ section  for additional information, prior to booking an appointment.

NOTE: Transparency is important when completing the client information forms. If you arrive to your appointment with conflicting issues (failure to adhere to contraindications that prevents from servicing, such as Infectious diseases etc.) for the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule another appointment, you will be charged a new deposit for your next appointment.

NO SHOWS: Failure to show up for your appointment, without proper notice at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total service. We have a zero tolerance policy for no shows.

(All services and products are subject to a price increase at any given time. Price reflected at the time an appointment is scheduled, will be honored.

ARRIVING LATE:  While we understand that things happen, it is important to communicate with us if you are running late. We value the time of all clients.  As to ensure quality service is rendered, we appreciate your full cooperation. 

There is a 5 minutes grace period after-which your appointment will be canceled, deposit forfeited and charged up to 50% of the total service cost. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

Allergic reaction to products: Glow Refinery does not offer refunds due to an allergic reaction to a product.

ALL SERVICES INCLUDING TRAININGS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE! NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ALLOWED DUE TO SANITARY REASONS! PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY AND REPORT ANY DAMAGE PRIOR TO LEAVING OUR CLINIC.

REFUSAL: If  the client displays uncertainty, indecisiveness, disrespect towards staff or displays impulsive behaviors during the consultation and/or service appointment, GLOW REFINERY reserves the right to refuse service and retain the deposit. 

PRIVACY AND LIABILITY: Due to insurance and liability concerns, children and additional guests, are not allowed in the treatment room. 

GIFT CARDS AND DISCOUNTS: 

Discount Cards are non-transferrable. Only one discount card type can be used by each customer. Discount cards cannot be combined with other promotions or Gift cards. Only one form of discount card can be used per client, per service. Discount cards are for new clients only unless otherwise stated.

Discount cards have an expiration date. Expired cards will not be accepted.

REFERRAL CREDITS

Company cancellation and other policies, applies to referral credits paid appointments. 

TRAINING: Training fees are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

GLOW REFINERY DOES NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AT ALL. THIS APPLIES TO SERVICES AND/OR PRODUCT. YOU MAY NOT OBTAIN A CREDIT FOR LOW REFINERY NOR WILL YOU BE ABLE TO APPLY YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT TOWARDS ANY OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. 

PRODUCTS THAT LEAVE OUR BUILDING, MAY NOT BE RETURNED BACK TO OUR BUILDING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPHOLD THIS POLICY.

ONLINE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS.
