Policy

BOOKING FEE: A 30% booking fee is required to secure appointment. Booking fee will be applied to the balance. Booking fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Please refer to the FAQ section  for additional information, prior to booking an appointment.

NOTE: Transparency is important when completing the client information forms. If you arrive to your appointment with conflicting issues (failure to adhere to contraindications that prevents from servicing, such as Infectious diseases etc.) for the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule, you will be charged a new deposit for your next appointment.

NO SHOWS: Failure to show up for your appointment, without proper notice at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 99% of the total service. We have a zero tolerance policy for no shows.

All services are subject to a price increase at any given time. Price reflected during the scheduling of your appointment, will be honored.

ARRIVING LATE:  While we understand that things happen, it is important to communicate with us if you are running late. We value the time of all clients. As to ensure quality service is rendered, we appreciate your full cooperation. If you are running late for your appointment, please call, email or text us.

There is a 5 minutes grace period after-which your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

ALL SERVICES INCLUDING TRAININGS, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE! NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED!

REFUSAL: If  the client displays uncertainty, indecisiveness, disrespect towards staff or displays impulsive behaviors during the consultation and/or service appointment, GLOW REFINERY reserves the right to refuse service and retain the deposit. 

Should Glow Refinery decide to continue a business partnership with said client, a new deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment.

GIFT CARDS AND DISCOUNTS: 

Discount Cards can be transferred from person to person. Only one discount card type can be used by each customer. Discount cards cannot be combined with other discount cards or Gift cards. Only one form of discount card can be used per client, per service. Discount cards are for new clients only.

Discount cards have an expiration date. Expired cards will not be accepted.

TRAINING: Training fees are non-refundable.
